摘 要:膜处理技术被广泛应用于我国垃圾渗滤液的处理,产生的浓缩液如何进一步进行无害化处理及工艺优化问题亟待解决。研究了紫外(UV)热协同活化过硫酸盐(PS)对垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液中芳香族有机物(UV_(254))和COD的去除效果。基于中央复合设计(CCD)的响应面方法(RSM)确定了反应过程中温度、PS投加量、初始pH和紫外功率间的交互作用及最佳处理参数。结果表明,由CCD建立的UV_(254)和COD去除率模型在α=0.01的水平显著,模型R^(2)分别为0.9879和0.9809,模型Adj R^(2)与Pred R^(2)差值均小于0.2,表明模型具有良好的拟合精度和有效的预测能力。此外,由模型模拟获得UV_(254)的最佳去除条件为温度85.1℃,pH9.32,PS投加量18.2g/L,紫外功率52W,最大去除率预计可达100%;模型获得COD的最佳去除条件为温度90℃,pH8.35,PS投加量26.1g/L,紫外功率75W,最大去除率预计可达74.94%;验证实验结果与预测值接近,分别具有96.53%和94.54%的准确率。综上,将RSM应用于高级氧化降解浓缩垃圾渗滤液的工艺优化是一种有效的尝试。Sanitary landfill is one of the main treatment methods of domestic garbage in my country.And the problems of high-efficiency mineralization and process optimization of concentrated landfill leachate need to be solved urgently.The removal efficiency of aromatic organics(UV_(254))and COD in the nanofiltration concentrate of landfill leachate was investigated in the process of ultraviolet(UV)heat synergistic activation of persulfate(PS).The response surface method(RSM)based on the central composite design(CCD)determines the interaction between temperature,PS dosage,initial pH and UV power,and optimal processing parameters.The results show that the UV_(254) and COD removal rate models established by CCD are significant at the level ofα=0.01,the models R^(2) are 0.9879 and 0.9809,respectively,and the difference between the models Adj R^(2) and Pred R^(2) are less than 0.2,indicating that the models have good fitting accuracy and effective predictive ability.In addition,the best removal conditions for UV_(254) obtained by the software are temperature 85.1℃,pH 9.32,PS dosage 18.2g/L,UV power 52W,and the maximum removal rate is expected to reach 100%;the software obtains the best COD removal conditions The temperature is 90℃,pH 8.35,PS dosage is 26.1g/L,UV power is 75W,and the maximum removal rate is expected to reach 74.94%.The results of the verification experiment are close to the predicted values,with accuracy rates of 96.53%and 94.54%,respectively.In summary,it is a reasonable choice to apply RSM to the process optimization of advanced oxidation degradation concentrated landfill leachate.
