摘　　要：当前社会经济“脱实向虚”成为政府工作会议主要内容,实体企业的经营动向影响着关系国计民生的基础行业,也影响着社会经济的健康发展。宏观经济的“脱实向虚”趋势的演化对实体企业的经营活动有着重大影响。利用2000-2018年的宏观经济数据和1990-2017年的微观数据研究宏观“脱实向虚”对企业效益的影响,用实证分方法检验企业“脱实向虚”行为及其对企业经济效应的影响,为政策制定和决策提供理论支撑。Economic dislocation towards virtual has become the government work conference.The entity enterprise management trends affecting the basis of the relationship between national economy and people’s livelihood industry,also affects the healthy development of social economy.The evolution of the trend of entity enterprise business activities have a major impact.This paper by using the macro economic data of 2000-2018 and 1990-2017,the entities manufacturing micro data of the listed company research under the background of macroeconomic microeconomic entity enterprise Economic dislocation towards virtual behavior how to affect the enterprise benefit creation,with empirical methods inspection enterprise "to take off the real to virtual" behavior and its influence on enterprise economic effect,provide theoretical support for policy making and decision making.
