摘 要:海上风电市场潜力巨大,竞价上网将成为未来趋势。为解决风电企业初期建设中电缆成本占比较高的问题,研制了66 kV铝芯集电海底电缆,其从提高电压等级、以铝代铜、轻量化湿式设计等方面降低了电缆投资成本。介绍了66 kV铝芯集电海底电缆的结构设计、材料选择及工艺控制。经测试,该电缆性能满足海上风电场设计要求。同时,该电缆的材料成本比传统结构66 kV铜芯集电海底电缆更节约。Offshore wind power market has great potential,and competitive bidding will become the future trend.In order to solve the problem of high cable cost in the initial construction of wind power enterprises,the 66 kV aluminum core submarine cable for power collection system is developed to reduce the cable investment cost from the aspects of improving voltage level,replacing copper with aluminum,and lightweight wet design.The structural design,material selection and process control of 66 kV aluminum core submarine cable for power collection system are introduced.After testing,the cable performance meets the design requirements of offshore wind power farm.At the same time,the material cost of the cable is more economical than that of the traditional 66 kV copper core submarine cable for power collection system.
