摘　　要：为了提高在国际电缆市场中的竞争力,展开了澳大利亚国家标准(澳标)防白蚁阻水中压电力电缆的研制。针对澳标AS/NZS 1429.1与我国国家标准(国标)GB/T 12706.2对中压电力电缆产品要求的差异,以及采用尼龙护套而不采用常规在外护套中添加防白蚁剂的防白蚁方式要求,对该澳标防白蚁阻水中压电力电缆的结构、材料进行了精心设计,对整体制造工艺及关键工序进行了严格控制。经检测,该电缆性能全部满足澳标要求,并且防白蚁性能达到防白蚁蛀蚀等级1级。In order to improve the competitiveness in the international cable market,the anti-termite water-blocking medium-voltage power cable complying with Australian national standard is developed.According to the difference between Australian national standard AS/NZS 1429.1 and Chinese national standard GB/T 12706.2 on the requirements of medium-voltage power cable products,and the requirements of using nylon sheath instead of adding anti-termite agent in the outer sheath,the structure and material of the cable are carefully designed,and the overall manufacturing process and key processes are strictly controlled.After testing,the performance of the cable meets the requirements of Australian standard,and the anti-termite performance of the cable reaches anti-termite grade 1.
