摘　　要：目的探讨头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激对智力低下儿童语言障碍及智力发育的影响。方法选取郑州市中心医院2018年5月—2020年12月康复科收治的智力低下儿童132例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=66)和对照组(n=66)。对照组给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组给予头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗。观察并比较两组患者语言障碍、智力发育[Gesell发育量表(DQ)评分]、认知发育[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分]及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后语言评分、差值、精细动作、语言、社交、大运动、适应性评分、总DQ值、MoCA评分、临床疗效均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激可有效提高智力低下患者语言表达能力,促进智力和认知发育,对脑功能的恢复具有一定疗效,临床效果显著。Objective To explore the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on language disorder and intellectual development in children with mental retardation.Methods Totally 132 children with mental retardation treated in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from May 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=66)and control group(n=66)according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Language impairment,intellectual development[Gesell development scale(DQ)score],cognitive development[Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score]and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the language score,difference,fine movement,language,social interaction,large exercise,adaptability score,total DQ value,MOCA score and clinical effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve the language expression ability of patients with mental retardation,promote the development of intelligence and cognition,and have a certain effect on the recovery of brain function.The clinical effect is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
