浮针治疗肌肉前及肌肉病痛的研究进展

摘　　要：肌肉前病痛及肌肉病痛是指由其他疾病或者肌肉本身疾病累及肌肉所产生的疼痛。如果我们能找出这种疾病,并进一步治疗和干预,患者的疼痛就能很好的控制,复发的几率也会大大减少。临床上这些疾病比较常见,在这里将整理概述浮针对治疗强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎、痛风性关节炎、肩关节周围炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症及踝关节扭伤所导致的疼痛的研究进展。通过对比这些疾病,发现疾病的病因病机有一些共同特征,前几个都是炎症反应,与自身免疫系统病变有关。后几个与肌肉牵拉有关,肌肉急骤收缩,就会急性发生。肌肉长期牵拉,就会出现慢性疼痛,反复发作。同时也体现了浮针治疗的立竿见影,安全,刺浅而治深的优点,仅仅作用于靶器官肌肉,就可以解决内在的深层次的病痛。目前针对肌肉前及肌肉病痛这个概念认识的不多,会抱有否定和怀疑的态度,它导致的疾病还有很多有待发掘,浮针治疗这些疾病的临床研究缺少可视化的客观数据指标。针对以上问题,本文将阐述浮针治疗肌肉前及肌肉病痛的临床疗效,发现更多适合浮针治疗的疾病,旨在为临床提供新的思路和方法。Premuscular pain and muscle pain refer to the pain caused by other diseases or muscle diseases involving muscles.If we can find out the disease and further treat and intervene,the pain of patients can be well controlled and the probability of recurrence will be greatly reduced.These diseases are common in clinic.Here we will summarize the research progress on the treatment of pain caused by ankylosing spondylitis,rheumatoid arthritis,gouty arthritis,periarthritis of shoulder,cervical spondylosis,lumbar disc herniation and ankle sprain.By comparing these diseases,it is found that the etiology and pathogenesis of the diseases have some common characteristics.The first few are inflammatory reactions,which are related to the lesions of autoimmune system.The last few are related to muscle traction.If the muscle contracts rapidly,it will occur acutely.If the muscle is pulled for a long time,there will be chronic pain and repeated attacks.At the same time,it also reflects the advantages of floating needle treatment,such as immediate effect,safety,no side effects,shallow puncture and deep treatment.Only acting on the target organ muscle can solve the internal deep-seated pain.At present,there is little understanding of the concept of premuscular and muscle pain,and will have a negative and skeptical attitude.There are still many diseases caused by it to be explored.The clinical research of floating needle in the treatment of these diseases lacks visual objective data indicators.In view of the above problems,this paper will elaborate the clinical efficacy of floating needle in the treatment of pre muscle and muscle pain,and find more diseases suitable for floating needle treatment,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinic.
