基于VOSviewer的四妙勇安汤临床研究文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨四妙勇安汤的应用情况和用药规律,为临床运用提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台V2.0(万方数据)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase四妙勇安汤临床原始研究文献,检索范围为建库至2021年6月30日。采用VOSviewer1.6.16软件对纳入文献进行研究热点分析,采用Excel2013软件提取文献中涉及的疾病、证型和用药情况等并进行统计分析。结果最终纳入文献154篇。糖尿病足、加味四妙勇安汤是目前研究热点;按照《国际疾病分类第十一次修订本(ICD-11)》,其治疗疾病主要涉及循环系统、肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织、免疫系统、内分泌系统;热毒炽盛证为主要的治疗证型,其次是热毒血瘀证;金银花的平均用量最大,金银花、玄参、当归和甘草的平均用量比例大致是3∶3∶2∶1;超过一半的文献治疗时长在4周内。结论目前四妙勇安汤临床研究整体呈上升趋势,主要涉及循环系统等疾病。运用现代技术分析其治疗机理,是今后研究的重要方向。Objective To explore the application of Simiao Yong’an Decoction and its medication rules;To provide reference for clinical application.Methods The original clinical studies of Simiao Yong’an Decoction in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed and Embase databases were retrieved and collected,and the retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to June 30,2021.VOSviewer 1.6.16 software was used to analyze the research hotspots of the included literature,and Excel 2013 was used to extract and statistically analyze the data of diseases,syndrome types and medication in the literature.Results A total of 154 articles were included.Diabetic foot and modified Simiao Yong’an Decoction were hot research areas at present.According to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-11),the top three diseases it treated were:circulatory diseases,musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases,and immune system diseases.The main pattern of syndrome was heat toxic syndrome,followed by heat toxic blood stasis syndrome.The average dosage of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos was the largest,and the average dosage ratio of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Scrophulariae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix was about 3:3:2:1.More than half of the articles had treatment duration within 4 weeks.Conclusion At present,the research on Simiao Yong’an Decoction is on the rise as a whole,mainly involving diseases such as the circulatory system.Using modern technology to analyze its treatment mechanism is an important direction for future research.
