摘　　要：本文基于叶天士“湿胜阳微”理论,通过溯源“湿胜阳微”理论内涵,探讨湿秘的辨治,从脾胃脏腑生理特性及湿秘与肠道微生态关系出发,阐述湿秘病机及诊治,通过调和脾胃,调节肠道微生态,扶正祛邪,复其稳态,以恢复机体“阴平阳秘”状态;同时提出湿秘先期利湿开郁、通阳祛邪,后期温阳扶正、固本培元治法,为临床诊治提供相关借鉴。Based on Ye Tianshi’s theory of“predominant dampness causing weak yang”,this article discussed treatment based on syndrome differentiation of constipation with dampness syndrome by tracing the theoretical connotation of the theory.Starting from the physiological characteristics of the spleen and stomach and the relationship between dampness and intestinal micro-ecology,the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of constipation with dampness syndrome were described.By reconciling the spleen and stomach,the intestinal microecology was regulated,the body was strengthened and pathogens were eliminated,and its steady state could be restored,which could restore the relative equilibrium of yin-yang state.At the same time,this article put forward the methods of promoting diuresis and resolving stagnation,activating yang to eliminate pathogenic factors in the early stage,warming yang,strengthening root and cultivating vital qi in the later stage,which would provide relevant reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
