摘  要:采用石英纤维布作为增强体,苯并噁嗪(BZ)改性乙烯基聚硅氮烷(PSN)作为基体,添加低熔点玻璃粉,通过热压罐工艺制备了石英纤维布/玻璃粉/(PSN/BZ)复合材料。通过氧-乙炔烧蚀试验测得线烧蚀率为0.036 3mm/s,通过不同温度下的微观结构和元素表征,表明1 000℃时发生明显的可瓷化转变,生成Si-O-C陶瓷物质,并且随着温度逐渐升高,材料致密性也随之增大。通过热稳定性、玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))、高机械性能和1~18GHz频率下的介电性能表征,结果显示该材料氮气和空气下的5%热失重温度(T_(d5))分别高达498.2℃和477.7℃,玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))大于600℃,400℃下弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别为45.2 MPa和8.52GPa,介电常数在3.20~3.29之间,折损率在(2.9~4.3)×10^(-3)之间。Quartz fiber cloth is used as the reinforcement,benzoxazine(BZ)modified vinyl polysilazane(PSN)is used as the matrix,and low-melting glass powder is added.Quartz fiber cloth/glass powder/(PSN/BZ)composite material was prepared by the autoclave process.The linear ablation rate measured by the oxygen-acetylene ablation test was 0.036 3mm/s.Through the microstructure and element characterization at different temperatures,it is shown that the obvious porcelain transformation occurs at 1 000℃,and the Si-O-C ceramic material is formed.And as the temperature gradually increases,the density of the material also increases.Characterized by thermal stability,glass transition temperature(T_(g)),high mechanical properties and dielectric properties at 1~18GHz frequency.The results show that the 5%thermal weight loss temperature(T_(d5))of the material under nitrogen and air is as high as 498.2℃and 477.7℃,and the glass transition temperature(T_(g))is greater than 600℃.The flexural strength and flexural modulus at 400℃ are 45.2MPa and 8.52GPa,respectively,the dielectric constant is between 3.20 and 3.29,and the breakage rate is between(2.9~4.3)×10^(-3).
