摘  要:高炉熔渣同时含有宝贵的渣与热资源。高附加值利用其渣与热资源是钢铁行业实现节能减排及降碳目标的重要途径。干法粒化是实现渣与热高附加值利用的有效方法之一。高炉熔渣的结构与性质对其进行干法粒化方法的选择具有重要的影响。研究了高炉渣的结构、性能的影响。结果表明:其属于易析晶的熔融渣体,通过快速冷却可以制得玻璃态结构的渣体。高炉渣中有少量的[SiO_(4)]四面体与[AlO_(4)]相连,其内部高聚合程度的硅氧四面体结构很少,硅氧连接程度不高,玻璃网络结构相对疏松。在中低温阶段,[SiO_(4)]、[AlO_(4)]基团的聚合与CaO对结构的聚集效应同时发挥作用,导致熔体黏度急剧增加,流动性变差,料性偏短,易析晶。Blast furnace slag contains valuable slag and heat resources at the same time.The utilization of slag and heat resources is an important way for the iron and steel industry to achieve the goal of energy conservation,emission reduction and carbon reduction.Dry granulation is one of the effective methods to realize high value-added utilization of slag and heat.The structure and properties of blast furnace slag have an important influence on the selection of dry granulation method.This paper studies the influence of the structure and properties of blast furnace slag.The results show that it belongs to the molten slag which is easy to crystallize,and the slag with glassy structure can be prepared by rapid cooling.A small amount of[SiO_(4)]tetrahedron in blast furnace slag is connected with[AlO_(4)],and there are few silicon oxygen tetrahedrons with high degree of polymerization in blast furnace slag,the degree of silicon oxygen connection is not high,and the glass network structure is relatively loose.In the middle and low temperature stage,the polymerization of[SiO_(4)]and[AlO_(4)]groups and the aggregation effect of CaO on the structure play a role at the same time,resulting in a sharp increase in melt viscosity and poor fluidity.
