八宝眼膏治疗早期睑板腺囊肿痰热搏结证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察八宝眼膏治疗早期睑板腺囊肿痰热搏结证的临床疗效。方法选取2020年7月—2020年12月在上海中医药大学附属龙华医院眼科门诊符合纳入标准的患者60例(60只眼)。随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例(30只眼)。对照组予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液点患眼。治疗组予八宝眼膏涂于患眼下睑结膜囊中。2组均观察14 d,分别于治疗前和治疗后测量睑板腺囊肿的最长直径,记录数据后进行统计分析。结果(1)最长直径:2组治疗后均较治疗前减小,差异均有统计学意义(t_(治疗组)=14.416,t_(对照组)=12.993,均P=0.000)。治疗后2组比较,治疗组较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(t=3.998,P=0.000);(2)总有效率:治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P=0.028)。结论八宝眼膏治疗对早期睑板腺囊肿痰热搏结证是安全有效的。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Babao eye ointment in the treatment of early stage chalazion in patients with phlegm and heat intermingling syndrome.METHODS A total of sixty patients(sixty eyes)who met the inclusion criteria in the eye clinic of Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2020,were recruited and randomly divided into the treatment group(TG,thirty cases,thirty eyes)and the control group(CG,thirty cases,thirty eyes).Patients of the control group were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops.In the treatment group,Babao eye ointment was applied to the lower conjunctival sac of the affected eyelid.Both groups were observed for fourteen days.The longest diameter of chalazion was measured before and after treatment,and the data were recorded for statistical analysis.RESULTS(1)Longest diameter:Both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t_(TG)=14.416,t_(CG)=12.993,all P=0.000).After treatment,longest diameter of chalazion in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.998,P=0.000).(2)Total effective rate:The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.812,P=0.028).CONCLUSIONS Babao eye ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of early stage chalazion in patients with phlegm and heat intermingling syndrome.
