基于络脉理论探讨虫类药在眼科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：络脉理论是中医重要的基础理论之一。络脉遍布全身,渗灌气血,营养周身,贯通营卫,而目为宗脉之所聚,是络脉分布最为密集的器官,更是目中气血化生的来源;目中络脉纤细幽微,位置较深,气血运行缓慢,易生瘀阻,而虫类药走络中血分,善通络中之瘀,基于两者独特的生理病理特点,使得虫类药在眼科疾病的治疗中有着特殊的治疗作用。本文从理论和临床两个方面,通过介绍络与目的关系以及虫类药对于络病的特殊作用,探讨络脉理论指导下虫类药在眼科的应用,并举例说明在眼科疾病中的具体应用,以期为络脉理论在眼科临床中的应用提供理论依据并提高临床疗效。Collateral Theory is one of the important basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Collaterals permeate the whole body,infusing with Qi and blood,nourishing the whole body,and intergrating Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi.The eyes are the cluster of assembled channels,which are the organ with higher density distribution of collaterals which are the source of Qi and blood in the eyes.The collaterals in the eyes are subtle and delicate,deep in position,slow in the movement of Qi and blood,and easy to generate blood stasis.Insect drugs take the blood in the collaterals and are good at dredging the blood stasis in the collaterals.Based on their unique physiological and pathological characteristics,insect drugs have a special therapeutic effect in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases.From both theoretical and clinical aspects,this paper discusses the application of insect drugs in ophthalmology under the guidance of Collateral Theory by introducing the relationship between collateral and the eye,and the special effect of insect drugs on collateral diseases,and illustrates the specific application in ophthalmic diseases with examples,in order to provide theoretical basis for the application of Collateral Theory in ophthalmic clinic and improve clinical efficacy.
