摘　　要：探讨应用前矢状入路肛门成形术(ASARP)治疗先天性肛门闭锁直肠前庭瘘的临床价值。对河北医科大学附属儿童医院采用ASARP的23例患儿进行回顾性分析并总结,术后痊愈21例,随访证实无便秘、肛门狭窄等并发症。ASARP损伤小,操作简单,Ⅰ期手术可获得满意效果,是治疗先天性肛门闭锁直肠前庭瘘的一种较佳术式。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of anterior sagittal anorectoplasty(ASARP)in imperforate anus with rectovestibular fistula.Methods:From 2017 to 2019,23 cases of imperforate anus with rectovestibular fistula treated by ASARP were rebiewed.Results:21 cases with ASARP recovered were follwed-up and confirmed no complication like constipation and anal stenosis.Conclusions:The ASARP is simple in the children,and most of the patients of imperforate anus with rectovestibular fistula had a normal perimeumnd bowel habits after surgery,it is concluded that ASARP is a feasible treatment for imperforate anus with rectovestibular fistula.
