摘 要:为提高±1 100 kV特高压直流输电线路抵御雷害风险的能力,本文研制了±1 100 kV直流线路避雷器并通过了型式试验验证了关键技术参数,对线路避雷器的安装选点和工程应用方案进行了设计研究。基于±1 100 kV吉泉线的实际防雷需求,经过全线雷击风险评估,选定了线路避雷器的试点安装杆塔。通过对比分析悬吊式与支撑式支架对杆塔结构受力情况的影响,综合考虑结构安全性、安装施工便利性等因素,并结合避雷器受力仿真分析和优化,本研究完成设计了一种支架支撑并配合悬式复合绝缘子金具串拉紧加固的避雷器现场安装方式。本研究成果可以解决大尺寸避雷器垂直座式安装的结构稳定性问题,满足长期安全稳定运行需求,对特高压输电线路大尺寸线路避雷器的现场应用具有重要的参考价值。In order to improve the ability of ±1 100 kV UHV DC transmission lines to resist the risk of lightning damage, the author developed a ±1 100 kV DC line arrester and verified the key technical parameters through type tests. Research of the installation point and engineering application scheme of the line arrester was carried out. Based on the actual lightning protection requirements of the ±1 100 kV Ji-Quan Line, after the lightning strike risk assessment of the entire line, the pilot installation towers of the line arrester were selected. By comparing and analyzing the influence of suspended and supported bracket on the stress of the tower structure, comprehensively considering factors such as structural safety, installation convenience, and combined with the simulation analysis and optimization of the load of the arrester, the author completes the design of a supported bracket reinforced by the suspension composite insulator. The research results can solve the structural stability problem of vertical installation of large-size arresters, and meet the requirements of long-term safe and stable operation. It has significant reference value for the field application of large-size line arresters for UHV transmission lines.
