摘  要:针对现有非线性直流氧化锌电阻片的性能优化,笔者开展了电阻片侧面无机绝缘涂层的性能研究,并对比分析了不同涂层配方对电阻片方波通流容量、大电流冲击、老化系数、压比等参数性能的影响。通过对比测试涂覆4种不同无机绝缘涂层的氧化锌电阻片,涂覆最优配方绝缘涂层的氧化锌电阻片N4电位梯度为201 V/mm, 5kA雷电冲击残压比为1.76,非线性系数为24,50kA 4/10μs电流冲击以及300 A 2 ms方波电流冲击的通过率均为100%,老化系数为0.39,表现出良好的综合电学性能。Aiming at the performance optimization of the nonlinear DC zinc oxide varistor, the author carried out the research of the inorganic insulating coating on the side of the resistor. The effect of different coating formulations on the performance of the varistor is compared and analyzed. Parameters including square wave current capacity, large current impact capacity, aging coefficient, and residual voltage ratio are tested comparatively. By analyzing the zinc oxide varistor coated with four different inorganic insulating coatings, the varistor N4 coated with the optimal formula coating shows good comprehensive electrical performance. The potential gradient is 201 V/mm, and the 5 kA lightning impulse residual voltage ratio is 1.76. The non-linear coefficient is 24, the pass rate of 50 kA 4/10 μs current impulse and 300 A 2 ms square wave current impulse are 100%, and the aging coefficient is 0.39.
