摘  要:高压绝缘套管作为气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(英文缩写GIS)中重要元件之一,其作用是为了将输电线路载流导体引入到GIS设备内部,但随着用电负荷的增大,套管承受的额定电流也在不断升高,这导致套管的设计不仅要考虑电场强度而且要进行大电流的设计研究。笔者针对550 kV/8 000 A高压绝缘套管的通流设计以及电场分布问题,先对发热源和套管散热方式进行分析研究,以热传学原理为基础,通过ANSYS温升仿真解析确定套管基本尺寸。后以电磁场理论为基础,通过COMSOL对套管的电场分布进行仿真分析,对套管导体、接地屏蔽等元件的尺寸参数对电场场域的影响进行研究,最终完成550 kV/8 000 A套管设计研究,并得到相关试验验证。对后续其他大电流套管设计提供一定的参考意义。As one of the important components of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS), high-voltage insulating bushings are used to introduce current-carrying conductors of transmission lines into the GIS equipment. However, as the electricity load increases, the rated current of the bushing bears is also increasing, as a result, the design of the bushing shall not only considerthe electric field strength but also the large current. Aiming at the flow design and electric field distribution of 550 kV/8 000 A high-voltage insulating bushings, the author analyzes and studies the heat source and the heat dissipation mode of the bushing. Based on the principle of heat transfer, the basic size of the bushing is determined by ANSYS temperature rise simulation analysis. Based on the electromagnetic field theory, the electric field distribution of the bushing was simulated and analyzed through COMSOL, and the influence of the size parameters of the bushing conductor, grounding shield and other components on the electric field was studied, and finally the 550 kV/8 000 A bushing design was completed. And the relevant test verification has been done, providing certain reference for the subsequent design of other large current bushings.
