摘 要:通过柠檬酸钠与氯化镁络合体系原位聚合并经碱浴制备了Mg(OH)_(2)纳米杂化反渗透混合基质膜。膜的最佳制备条件为:n(柠檬酸钠)/n(氯化镁)为1,当水相柠檬酸钠添加量为0.5%,碱浴pH为11,碱浴时间为20 s时,膜的性能最佳,脱盐率达99.2%,水通量达79 L/(m^(2)·h)。经SEM检测发现,随着水相柠檬酸钠添加量增加,原位纳米杂化反渗透混合基质膜表面叶片状逐渐消失,并能在膜表面及断面观察到Mg(OH)_(2)微小聚集颗粒,也说明了络合体系在界面聚合过程中能顺利扩散到功能分离层;经视频显微镜发现混合基质膜经原位杂化后出现了许多水聚集通道,增大了反渗透膜的水通量。混合基质膜的力学性能测试表明原位纳米杂化并不会降低膜的力学性能。络合体系原位纳米杂化制备反渗透混合基质膜的制备方法简单,为高通量反渗透膜的制备提供了一个新的方向。Mg(OH)_(2) nano hybrid reverse osmosis mixed matrix membrane was prepared by the in-situ polymerization of sodium citrate and magnesium chloride complex system flowed by alkali bath.The optimum preparation condition of the membrane for n(sodium citrate)/n(magnesium chloride)ratio was 1.The desalination rate of 99.2%and the water flux of 76 L/(m^(2)·h)were obtained under the condition of 0.5%for the amount of aqueous sodium citrate,11 of the alkali bath pH and 20 s of the alkali bath time.SEM image showed that with the increase of aqueous sodium citrate,the leaf shape on the surface of in-situ nano hybrid reverse osmosis mixed matrix membrane gradually disappeared,and Mg(OH)_(2) micro aggregate particles could be observed on the surface and section of the membrane,which also indicated that the complex system could diffuse smoothly to the functional separation layer in the interfacial polymerization process;video microscope showed that many water accumulation channels appeared after in-situ hybridization of mixed matrix membrane,which increased the water flux of reverse osmosis membrane.The mechanical properties of the mixed matrix membrane showed that in-situ nano hybrid did not reduce the mechanical properties of the membrane.The preparation method of reverse osmosis mixed matrix membrane by in-situ nano hybridization of complex system is simple,which provides a new direction for the preparation of high-throughput reverse osmosis membrane.
