PDMS接枝共聚物改性PVDF膜的制备及其膜蒸馏性能研究

摘  要:采用自由基聚合法制备了PDMS接枝共聚物(PMMA-g-PDMS),并用PDMS接枝共聚物对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜进行疏水改性,使用傅立叶红外光谱仪、毛细管流动孔径分析仪、接触角测定仪和场发射电子显微镜对不同浓度改性的PVDF膜进行表征,并测试了其在直接接触式膜蒸馏(DCMD)中的分离性能。结果表明,经过PMMAg-PDMS改性后,膜的通量、疏水性和截留性有所提高,稳定性大幅提升。当PMMA-g-PDMS浓度为8%时,膜的静态接触角由118.68°增加至157.47°,在以温度为70℃,质量分数3.5%的NaCl溶液为进料液的DCMD实验中,改性膜的通量由基膜的11.28 kg/(m^(2)·h)提高至15.44 kg/(m^(2)·h),通量衰减降低了35%.The graft copolymers PMMA-g-PDMS were prepared by free radical polymerization.Then the copolymers were used to modify the PVDF membranes.The PVDF membranes modified by different concentrations of PMMA-g-PDMS were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,contact angle tester and field emission electron microscope.The separation performance of membrane in the direct contact membrane distillation(DCMD)was also studied.The results showed that the flux hydrophobicity and retention of the modified membrane were greatly improved and the stability was also increased obviously.When the concentration of PMMA-g-PDMS was 8%,the pure water contact angle of the membrane was improved from 118.68°to 157.47°.The flux of the modified PVDF membrane was increased from 11.28 kg/(m^(2)·h)to 15.44 kg/(m^(2)·h)and the flux attenuation was reduced by 35%in the 3.5%NaCl solution at 70℃,which was used as the feed in the DCMD test.
