摘  要:为明确典型抗生素与纳米材料复合胁迫下活性污泥脱氮除磷特征变化规律,选取四环素(TC)及纳米银(AgNPs)为污染物,分析了单独TC(R1)、单独AgNPs(R2)及两者复合(R3)活性污泥体系内脱氮除磷效率的影响。结果表明,R3内化学需氧量(COD),总氮及溶解性磷酸盐的去除率下降至70.2%~72.3%,61.2%~63.5%和71.2%~73.1%。TC和AgNPs复合抑制了硝化与反硝化进程,R3典型周期内NO_(2)^(-)-N及NO_(3)^(-)-N的最大质量浓度分别为4.6、12.8 mg/L。TC和AgNPs复合同时抑制了厌氧SOP释放及好氧期超量吸磷,在R3内好氧吸磷量仅为13.2 mg/L。TC及AgNPs复合抑制了胞内聚合物PHA的合成,R3内PHA最大合成量仅为4.4 mg/g。酶活性探究揭示了TC和AgNPs复合抑制了与脱氮除磷相关关键酶的活性。To clarify the characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in activated sludge under the combined stress of typical antibiotics and nanomaterials,tetracycline(TC)and nano silver(AgNPs)were selected as pollutants,and the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency in activated sludge system of TC alone(R1),AgNPs alone(R2)and the combination of both(R3)were analyzed.The results showed that the removal efficiency of COD,TN and soluble orthophosphate(SOP)in R3 decreased to 70.2%~72.3%,61.2%~63.5%and 71.2%~73.1%,respectively.The combination of TC and AgNPs inhibited nitrification and denitrification processes.The maximum concentrations of NO_(2)^(-)-N and NO_(3)^(-)-N in R3 typical period were 4.6 mg/L and 12.8 mg/L,respectively.The combination of TC and AgNPs also inhibited the release of anaerobic SOP and excessive phosphorus uptake during the aerobic period,and the amount of phosphorus uptake in R3 was only 13.2 mg/L.The combination of TC and AgNPs inhibited the synthesis of Polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA),and the maximum synthesis of PHA in R3 was only 4.4 mg/g.Enzyme activity study revealed that the combination of TC and AgNPs inhibited the activities of key enzymes related to nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
