摘 要:利用电渗透、絮凝调理和机械压制相结合的固液分离技术与处理工艺,采用自制电渗透脱水实验装置对猪粪进行了深度脱水研究,考察了不同絮凝剂(硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝、聚丙酸酰胺)、机械压力、电压梯度对猪粪脱水效果的影响。试验结果显示,聚合氯化铝(PAC)的絮凝脱水效果为最佳,投加量为40 mg/g DS;在机械压力为500 kPa、脱水时间为30 min的条件下,电渗透单独脱水实验能将粪便含水率降低5%~8%、电渗透与PAC絮凝剂协同实验能使粪便含水率降低10%~12%、电场强度为25 V时脱水效率最佳。Using the solid-liquid separation technology and treatment process combining electro-osmosis, flocculation conditioning and mechanical pressing, a study was conducted on the deep dewatering of pig manures using a home-made electro-osmosis dewatering experimental device, and the effects of different flocculants(aluminum sulfate, polyaluminum chloride(PAC) and polyacrylamide), mechanical pressure, and voltage gradient on the dewatering effect of pig manures were investigated. The test results show that the flocculation dewatering effect of PAC is the best, and the dosage is 40 mg/g DS;under the conditions of mechanical pressure of 500 kPa and dewatering time of 30 min, the electro-osmosis separate dewatering experiment can reduce the moisture content of manure by 5%~8%, and the electro-osmosis and PAC flocculant synergistic experiment can reduce the moisture content of manure by 10%~12%, and the dewatering efficiency is the best when the electric field strength is 25 V.
