摘  要:采用EGSB-A/O混合填料系统处理模拟刚果红染料废水,研究在不同色度下该系统对刚果红及废水中其他污染物的去除效果。结果表明,在进水色度从50倍上升至800倍的过程中,该系统对刚果红染料和色度具有稳定的去除效果,去除率均值分别稳定在97.03%~98.90%和74.73%~77.99%;随着刚果红染料的投加,系统对COD的去除效果无明显变化,去除率均值始终在93.13%~98.30%之间,但系统对氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除效果变化明显,去除率分别从96.79%、95.12%和97.63%降至78.63%、84.30%和78.20%。In this experiment, the EGSB-A/O mixed carrier system was used to treat simulated Congo red dye wastewater, and the removal effect of the system on Congo red and other pollutants in the wastewater was studied under different chroma. The results showed that when the influent chroma increased from 50 to 800 times, the system had a stable removal effect on Congo red dye and chroma, and the average removal rates were stable at97.03%~98.90% and 74.73%~77.99%, respectively. With the addition of Congo red dye, the COD removal efficiency of the system had no obvious change, and the average removal rate was always between 93.13% and 98.30%, but the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus of the system had obvious change. The removal rates decreased from 96.79%, 95.12% and 97.63% to 78.63%, 84.30% and 78.20%,respectively.
