摘 要:为探究不同运行模式对好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)培养及处理低C/N城镇废水的影响,构建了两个有效体积为5.0 L的反应器,在中温条件下比较了完全好氧(R1)及多级厌氧/好氧交替(R2)对AGS及处理性能的影响。结果表明,稳定运行时,R2内MLSS含量更高,可至5346~5462 mg/L,沉降性好,SVI低至62.5~65.6 mL/g,0.3~0.6 mm粒径分布占比高达56.6%。在污染物去除方面,R2内COD去除率可高达92.5%~96.7%,而对NH_(4)^(+)-N去除方面,两反应器之间差异不明显。R2内PO_(4)^(3-)-P出水质量浓度低至0.66~1.16 mg/L,去除率高达89.5%~91.3%,高于R1。微生物群落分析表明,Saccharibacteria和Proteobacteria是主要的微生物,R2内Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes的相对丰度分别高达35.21%和10.51%高于R1组别,这与R2展现出较好的脱氮除磷效率相一致。To investigate the effects of different operation modes on aerobic granular sludge(AGS)culture and treatment of low C/N urban wastewater,two reactors with an effective volume of 5.0 L were constructed.The effects of complete aerobic(R1)and multistage anaerobic/aerobic alternation(R2)on AGS and treatment performance were compared at medium temperature.The results showed that under stable operation,the MLSS content in R2 was higher,up to 5346~5462 mg/L.Superior sedimentation was obtained with as low as 62.5~65.6 mL/g of SVI,and the particle size distribution of 0.3~0.6 mm accounted for 56.6%.In terms of pollutant removal,the COD removal efficiency in R2 could be as high as 92.5%~96.7%,while in terms of NH_(4)^(+)-N removal,there was no obvious difference between the two reactors.The effluent concentration of PO_(4)^(3-)-P in R2 was as low as 0.66~1.16 mg/L,and the removal efficiency was as high as 89.5%~91.3%,higher than that in R1.Microbial community analysis showed that saccharibacteria and Proteobacteria were the main microorganisms.The relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes in R2 were as high as 35.21%and 10.51%respectively,which were higher than those in R1 group,consistent with R2 with better nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency.
