摘 要:针对村镇生活污水的处理需求,设计开发了一套基于AO工艺的高效污水处理中试实验装置,研究了不同进水水温、气水比和硝化液回流比条件下污染物的净化效果。结果表明:在处理量为130 m^(3)/d,缺氧区和好氧区水力停留时间分别为4 h和6 h,固液分离区表面负荷1.5 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),气水比3:1~4.5:1,硝化液回流比200%~220%的条件下,中试装置处理出水COD、NH_(3)-N和TN均能稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中的一级A标准。无动力污泥回流能够显著增加生化区微生物总量,从而强化系统的污染物去除效果。Aiming at the demand of domestic sewage treatment in villages and towns,a pilot-scale experimental device for high efficient wastewater treatment based on A/O process was designed and constructed to study the purification effect on pollutants under different conditions such as influent water temperature,air-water ratio,and reflux ratio of nitrification solution.The results showed that under the conditions of 130 m^(3)/d of the treatment capacity,4 h and 6 h of hydraulic retention time for anoxic/oxic,1.5 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h)of surface load of the solid-liquid separation zone,3:1~4.5:1 of airwater ratio,and 200%~220%of the reflux ratio of nitrification solution,the concentrations of COD,NH_(3)-N,and TN in the pilot-scale experimental device effluent reached the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).Non-powered sludge reflux could significantly increase the total amount of microorganisms in the biochemical zone,thereby enhancing the pollutants removal effect of the system.
