摘  要:针对某西他沙星制药工厂生产高盐高浓度难降解有机废水,采用 MVR-铁碳芬顿-厌氧生化组合工艺进行处理。运行结果表明:该工艺处理西他沙星制药废水性能良好,稳定运行阶段出水中 COD 为 318.5 mg/L,NH-N 质量浓度为 38.4 mg/L,对 COD、NH-N 去除率大于 94.7%、87.6%,其出水口水质各项系数均稳定且可达到园区污水处理厂接纳标准。该系统具有有效适应制药废水出水水质不稳定、可生化性差等特点。A combination of MVR-Fe/C-Fenton-anaerobic biochemical process was used for the treatment of high-salt,high-concentration,hard-todegrade organic wastewater produced by a sitaxacin pharmaceutical factory.The operation results show that the process has a good performance in the treatment of sitaxacin pharmaceutical wastewater.The concentrations of COD and NH_(3)-N in the effluent of the stable operation stage are 318.5 mg/L,38.4 mg/L,respectively.The removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N are greater than 94.7%,87.6%,and the water quality coefficients of the water outlet are stable and can reach the acceptance standard of the sewage treatment plant in the park.The system can be effectively adapted to the characteristics of the unstable effluent quality and poor biodegradability of pharmaceutical wastewater.
