埃及斋月十日城铁路项目通车 共建“一带一路”中非合作新篇章

摘　　要：斋月十日城是埃及首都开罗重要的卫星城,也是埃及政府在沙漠地区建立的第一个工业区所在地。埃及斋月十日城铁路项目于2017年8月15日由中航国际、中国中铁与埃及国家隧道局在埃及总理府举行了项目签字仪式,并于同年11月5日在中国厦门召开的金砖国家峰会期间,由埃及投资部与中国商务部签署了斋月十日城轻轨列车项目的执行谅解备忘录。作为中同和埃及共建“一带一路”的一个重要成果和合作旗舰项目,该项目可以说从签约之日起就备受埃及政府及当地民众瞩目。So far,52 of the 53 African countries that have established diplomatic ties with China and the African Union Commission have signed cooperation documents with China on the co-construction of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),making Africa an important part of BRI cooperation.China and Africa have basically achieved full coverage of BRI cooperation.With abundant resources,huge market potential,and strong demand for infrastructure construction,most of the African countries regard the co-construction of BRI as an important historical opportunity for their own development.By seizing this opportunity,they aim to realize the interconnection of infrastructure and the leapfrog economic development from a pre-industrial society to a fully industrialized society.
