摘 要:采用物理共混法将两种稀土发光材料进行混合,以聚丙烯腈为基材通过湿法纺丝制备出可发射暖色光的长余辉夜光纤维。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、荧光分光光度计和余辉测试仪等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明:纺丝工艺未改变纤维中发光材料的物相结构和光谱特性;纤维在200℃以下稳定;当SrAl_(2)O_(4)∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)与Y_(2)O_(2)S∶Eu^(3+),Mg^(2+),Ti^(4+)的比例为4∶6时,纤维的发光呈暖色调。The two rare earth luminous materials were mixed by physical blending method,and long afterglow luminous fiber that can emit warm-toned light was prepared by wet spinning using polyacrylonitrile as substrate.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,thermogravimetric analyzer,fluorescence spectrophotometer and afterglow tester.The results shown that the spinning process did not change the phase structure and spectral characteristics of luminescent materials in fibers.The fiber was stable below 200℃.When the ratio of SrAl_(2)O_(4)∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)to Y_(2)O_(2)S∶Eu^(3+),Mg^(2+),Ti^(4+)was 4∶6,the luminescence of the fiber was warm.
