摘  要:面向航空器的应用要求,通过基础配方设计和添加纳米级稀土氧化物CeO_(2)改性填料,制备了水性航空漆面抛光填充剂(简称抛填剂),并开展了抛填剂的性能表征。运用红外光谱、热重、透射电镜、X射线衍射等测试手段表征粉体材料,研究偶联包覆对纳米CeO_(2)在水性漆面抛光剂基体中分散能力的影响。结果表明:制备的抛填剂具有良好的稳定性,可在航空器漆面形成具有良好的疏水性、抛填效果和紫外屏蔽能力的光滑致密薄膜。抛填剂中CeO_(2)纳米粒子质量含量为10%时,经抛填施工后,航空器漆层的表面粗糙度从此前的140.200nm降低为33.282nm,水滴接触角从84.7°提高为105.3°。在此基础上,经抛填施工的航空器漆层在人工荧光紫外灯老化7d后,在可见光区域(≥400nm)的透明度达到90%,在紫外光区(≤350nm)的反射率约为2%,接触角几乎不变,此种抛填剂具有良好的综合应用前景。Aqueous aerospace paint polishing fillers(referred to as polish fillers)were prepared by basic formulation design and addition of nano-scale rare earth oxide CeO_(2) modified fillers for aircraft applications.The performance characterisation of the polish fillers was carried out.The powder materials were characterised by FT-IR,TG,TEM and XRD,and investigated the effect of coupling coating on the dispersion of CeO_(2) in the matrix of the polish fillers.The surface roughness of the aircraft paint layer was reduced from 140.200nm to 33.282nm,and the water droplet contact angle was increased from 84.7°to 105.3°after the application of 10%(mass fraction)of CeO_(2) nanoparticles.On the basis of this,the transparency of the aircraft paint layer after 7dof artificial fluorescent UV lamp ageing reached 90%in the visible region(≥400nm)and the reflectivity in the UV region(≤350nm)was about 2%,and the contact angle was almost unchanged.
