摘 要:为实现在燃煤锅炉中批量生产碳纳米管,深入研究火焰法制备碳纳米管具有重要的意义。选用α-Al_(2)O_(3)作为催化剂载体,采用浸渍法制备催化剂,通过V型火焰燃烧器制备碳纳米管。采用扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪表征产物形态及石墨化程度,分析不同催化剂对产物形貌及性质的影响。采用X射线衍射仪、氮气吸附-脱附及氢气程序升温还原表征不同催化剂的物理及化学性质,分析催化剂的催化机理。结果表明:开发的新型FeNiCr和CoFeCr三元催化剂,能够合成大量簇状碳纳米管;铬不适于做活性组分,在催化剂中起到分散剂的作用,能够促进碳纳米管簇的形成;催化剂孔容和孔径的增加有助于提高产量并形成簇状产物;相比于镍,铁和钴更适于做多元催化剂的活性组分且更易形成高质量且杂质少的碳纳米管。It is necessary to study the controllable preparation of carbon nanotubes(CNT)by flame method to realize the mass production of CNT by existing industrial equipment such as coal-fired boilers.α-Al_(2)O_(3) was used as catalyst carrier,the catalysts were prepared by impregnation method,and prepared CNT by V-type flame burner.The morphology and graphitization degree of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Raman spectroscopy separately to analyze the effects of catalysts on the morphology and properties of the products.The physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,N_(2) adsorption and desorption,and hydrogen temperature programmed reduction to analyze the catalytic mechanism.The results shown that:the new catalysts FeNiCr and CoFeCr can synthesize a large number of CNT clusters.Chromium was not suitable as the active component,but played a role of dispersant to promote the formation of CNT clusters.As the pore volume and pore size of catalyst increased,the yield of CNT clusters raised.Compared with nickel,iron and cobalt were more suitable as the active component of polybasic catalysts to easily prepare pure and high-quality CNT.
