摘  要:以氢氧化钠改性粉煤灰(FA)得到衍生沸石为载体,采用直接沉淀法制备反应的终点pH为10的脱硫剂。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、氮气吸附-脱附、红外吸收光谱仪、固体紫外漫反射等表征手段考察了其脱硫性能。结果表明:FA衍生沸石作为载体负载铁并添加一定比例的铜,制备的脱硫剂比表面积增加,孔体积以及孔隙率增大,铁氧化物分散性提高,有效地提高脱硫剂的脱硫性能,最大硫容可达到281.3mg/g。Fly ash(FA)was modified by sodium hydroxide to obtain derivative zeolite which was used as carrier,and the Fe-Cu/NFA desulfurizer,the end point of the reaction at pH=10,was prepared by using direct precipitation method.Using SEM,XRD,BET,FT-IR,DR UV-Vis and other characterization methods,the desulfurization performance was investigated at room temperature.The results showed that derivative zeolite was used as a carrier to support iron oxide and added a certain proportion of copper,the pore volume,porosities,and dispersibility of the prepared desulfurizer were increased,which effectively improveed the desulfurization performance of the desulfurizer.The sulfur capacity could reach 281.3mg/g.
