摘  要:在200kt/a的双环管聚丙烯装置上,首次采用氢调法工艺,在线加入抗菌复合助剂,生产了纺粘无纺布用抗菌聚丙烯树脂PPH-Y40J。该产品具有流动性好、气味低、不含邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的特点,加工后生产的抗菌无纺布对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌的抗菌率>99%,在医疗卫生领域应用前景良好。Antibacterial polypropylene(PP)resin PPH-Y40Jfor non-woven fabric was produced industrially on a 200kt/a double loop PP plant.Hydrogen regulation method was adopted in which antibacterial composite additives was mixed on-line.The antibacterial PP had a variety of advantages such as high fluidity,low odor,phthalate-free plasticizer.The antibacterial rate of the non-woven fabric against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae was higher than 99%,which presented good application prospect in the field of medical and health care.
