摘  要:色彩绚丽的汽车离不开高质量的外观喷涂。随着技术的进步,硬件成本的逐步降低,以及消费者对汽车高质量的要求,国内汽车制造业喷涂机器人得以广泛应用。这类机器人专门设计用于执行工件喷涂及表面处理。雾化器经过工件表面时通过对自身速度和位置控制来完成以往人工的操作。在集成工艺系统的控制下,整个喷涂过程可达到更高的精度、更严密的控制以及实现工艺与运动间的同步。这也意味着喷涂机器人将有别于其他应用机器人,它的软件控制,硬件结构更为复杂,同时出故障的概率也更高,故障处理更难。该文将以ABB喷涂机器人为例,着重分析空气马达转速不达标的影响因素,为解决和预防此类故障提供思路。Colorful cars can't do without high quality exterior painting.With the progress of technology,the gradual reduction of hardware cost,and consumers'requirements for high quality of automobile,spraying robot has been widely used in domestic automobile manufacturing industry.These robots are specially designed to perform workpiece spraying and surface treatment.The atomizer passes through the workpiece surface by controlling its own speed and position to complete the previous manual operation.Under the control of integrated process system,the whole spraying process can achieve higher precision,tighter control and synchronization between process and motion.This also means that spraying robot will be different from other application robots,its software control,hardware structure is more complex,at the same time,the probability of failure is higher,fault handling is more difficult.This paper will take ABB spraying robot as an example,focusing on the analysis of the influence factors of the speed of the air motor is not up to standard,to provide ideas for solving and preventing such failures.
