摘　　要：顶棚是汽车内饰的主要装饰件之一,可提高乘客的舒适性和安全性,该文介绍了顶棚的基本概念,顶棚从设计前期到量产的相关开发流程,针对顶棚制造工艺及设计要求、检查法规进行探讨,还介绍了顶棚与周边件立柱、挡风玻璃的配合要求,以及顶棚的制造工艺可行性要求。同时还详细描述了顶棚的制造工艺及制造工序,介绍了顶棚前后左右及中部的安装要求。The ceiling is one of the main decorative parts of the automobile interior,which can improve the comfort and safety of passengers.This paper introduces the basic concept of the ceiling,the relevant development process of the ceiling from the early stage of design to mass production,discusses the ceiling manufacturing process,design requirements and inspection regulations,and also introduces the requirements for the coordination of the ceiling with the surrounding columns and windshield,as well as the requirements for the feasibility of the ceiling manufacturing process.At the same time,the manufacturing process and process of the ceiling are described in detail,and the installation requirements of the front,back,left,right and middle of the ceiling are introduced.
