摘  要:动力加速性能是柴油轻卡整车性能评价中十分重要的一项指标。该文通过对两款相同发动机的柴油轻卡测试评价对比的动力性问题进行深入研究与分析,提出三项改善措施:发动机电控单元程序优化、三踏板高度差优化、减小油门踏板力,并对改进后的车辆进行对比复测,最终达到优化改善效果,对其他车型开发出现此类问题提供解决方法的参考依据。Dynamic acceleration performance is a very important index in the performance evaluation of diesel light trucks.In this paper,through in-depth research and analysis of the power performance problems of the test evaluation and comparison of two identical diesel light trucks,three improvement measures are proposed:engine electronic control unit program optimization,three-pedal height difference optimization,reducing accelerator pedal force,and correcting The improved vehicles are compared and re-tested to finally achieve the effect of optimization and improvement,and provide a reference for solutions to such problems in the development of other models.
