摘  要:变速箱是汽车重要组成部分,而无级变速器(CVT)由于结构简单,动力传递过程较为平顺、连续、舒适,从而受到汽车行业的青睐。带轮轴作为其中主要的零部件,其加工要求较高。带轮轴的材料为热后淬硬钢,这种材料干车过程中切屑易粘连,断屑难度较高。笔者公司之前使用2种方式清理断屑:(1)通过气管吹气,改变铁屑的飞溅方向,但如果吹气方向调整不当或气压不稳,铁屑很容易缠在工件上或者机床尾座上。(2)使用带断屑槽的刀具,在加工时实现断屑。该文通过对CVT带轮轴锥面硬车加工过程中发生缠屑的成因进行分析,提出解决缠屑的办法,可供汽车行业或其他行业内对于淬硬钢类似的零件硬车削缠屑进行参考借鉴。Transmission is an important part of automobile,and continuously variable transmission(CVT)is favored by the automobile industry because of its simple structure and smooth,continuous and comfortable power transmission process..As the main part of the belt axle,its processing requirements are high[1-2].The material of the wheel shaft is hot post hardened steel,which is easy to stick the chips during the dry turning process,and it is difficult to break the chips.The company has previously used two methods to clean the broken chips:1)blowing through the air pipe to change the splashing direction of the iron chips.However,if the blowing direction is improperly adjusted or the air pressure is unstable,the iron chips are easy to wrap around the workpiece or the tailstock of the machine tool.2)Use the cutter with chip breaking groove to realize chip breaking during machining;This paper analyzes the causes of chip entanglement in the hard turning process of CVT belt axle cone,and puts forward the methods to solve the chip entanglement,which can be used as a reference for the hard turning of similar parts of hardened steel in the same industry.
