摘　　要：With the launch of sacubitril/valsartan(ARNI),there are new options for the treatment of heart failure(HF).However,ARNI is currently only used in HF patients with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).No evidence shows that no modern treatment can reduce mortality in HF patients with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Therefore,it is urgently necessary clarify whether ARNI can be used in the treatment of HFpEF.In the present study,we summarized the research progress of ARNI in the treatment of HFpEF.随着沙库巴曲缬沙坦(ARNI)的上市,心力衰竭(HF)治疗有了新的选择。然而,ARNI目前只用于射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者,尚没有证据显示任何一种现代的疗法能降低HFpEF患者的死亡率,这促进了ARNI用于HFpEF治疗的进一步研究。本文总结了ARNI用于HFpEF的治疗研究。
