摘  要:船用核反应堆一回路中的某调节阀在使用过程中出现了内漏的现象,拆卸检查后初步分析认为空化现象可能是造成密封面损伤的原因之一。利用计算流体力学软件对阀门内的流场进行数值模拟计算,采用混合物(mixture)多相流模型、Zwart-Gerber-Belamari空化模型、Realizable k-ε湍流模型计算不同阀芯行程时流场特性,定性分析在各阀芯行程下阀内流场的空化情况。结果表明在入口温度120℃,压强8MPa的运行工况下,阀内流场确实存在空化现象,随着阀芯行程的减小(对应开度的较小)空化现象的剧烈程度增加,且空化区域出现的位置与该区域与阀门入口的相对位置有关。这表明在阀门开启或关闭的瞬间,阀门开度较小时,在阀内某些特定位置确实存在较为剧烈的空化现象。A regulating valve in the primary circuit of the marine nuclear reactor is leaking during use.After preliminary analy⁃sis,the cavitation phenomenon produced during the fluid flowing in the valve may be one of the reasons for the damage to the sealing surface.The computational fluid dynamics software is used,the characteristics of the flow field are calculated using combination of mixture Zwart-Gerber-Belamari cavitation model and Realizable k-εturbulence model,and the cavitation of the valve under each core stroke is qualitatively analyzed.The results show that under the operating conditions with the inlet temperature of 120℃and the pressure of 8MPa,the cavitation increases with the decrease of the valve core stroke(corresponding to the smaller opening degree),and the position of the cavitation area is related to the relative position of the area and the valve inlet.This indicates that at the mo⁃ment when the valve is opened or closed,the valve opening degree is relatively small,and there is indeed a more severe cavitation phenomenon in some specific locations in the valve.
