关于地方《住宅专项维修资金管理办法》修订的几点思考

摘　　要：随着《中华人民共和国民法典》的颁布与实施,许多城市开始修订《住宅专项维修资金管理办法》。基于此,本文根据地方《住宅专项维修资金管理办法》修订工作的要求,梳理了目前住宅专项维修资金管理中亟待解决的一些问题,并且从多个角度出发,为地方《住宅专项维修资金管理办法》修订提出了一些建议,以期提高住宅专项维修资金的使用效益。With the promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China,many cities began to revise the “Management Approach of Residential Special Maintenance Fund”.Based on this, according to the requirements of the revision of the local Management Approach of Residential Special Maintenance Fund, this paper combs some problems to be solved urgently in the management of residential special maintenance funds,and puts forward some suggestions for the revision of the local Management Approach of Residential Special Maintenance Fund from multiple perspectives, so as to improve the use efficiency of residential special maintenance funds.
