摘　　要：作为公共工程建设工作的重要组成部分,城市公共建筑工程的资金投入受到了公共财政管理部门的严格管理和控制。由此可见,城市公共建筑的全过程工程造价控制与管理工作必须受到重视。本文从工程造价的全过程动态控制与管理工作的理论知识入手,对城市公共建筑的工程建设的实际工作流程进行了研究和分析,以全过程工程造价动态控制与管理的原理为基础,对如何开展城市公共建筑工程项目的造价工作进行了论述。As an important part of construction of public works, the capital investment of urban public works is strictly managed and controlled by the public finance management department. Therefore,the cost control and management of urban public works must be taken seriously. Starting from the theoretical knowledge of the dynamic control of whole process and management of project cost, this paper studies and analyzes the actual working process of engineering construction of urban public works,and discusses how to carry out the cost work of engineering projects of urban public works based on the principle of the dynamic control of whole process and management of project cost.
