摘　　要：痉挛性疾病符合最新版疼痛定义:一种不愉快的感觉与情绪体验。加之疼痛科有更微创的治疗手段,可将该类疾病纳入疼痛科诊疗范围。Spastic diseases meet the latest definition of pain:an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience.In addition,there are more minimally invasive treatment methods in Department of Pain Medicine,so that such diseases can be included in the scope of pain management.
