摘  要:随着风电和柔性高压直流输电的快速发展,风电大规模接入柔直输电的互联系统会面临宽频带的振荡问题。基于无锁相环直接功率控制的双馈风电系统可以去除锁相环,以降低锁相环带宽内的失稳风险,但其宽频带频率耦合特性会影响风电系统高频阻抗。针对无锁相环直接功率控制的双馈风电与电压源型高压直流输电系统(voltage source converterbased HVDC,VSC-HVDC)高频稳定性问题,首先根据相序阻抗模型分析控制延时对系统高频阻抗的影响规律;进一步地,基于VSC-HVDC阻抗模型和双馈风电场等效单输入单输出阻抗模型研究了互联系统高频谐振发生机理,并提出基于延时消除的双馈风电系统阻抗重塑方法,避免因延时引发的高频谐振。仿真验证了研究内容的正确性。With the rapid development of wind power and flexible high voltage direct current transmission(HVDC),the interconnected system with the large-scale wind power and the flexible HVDC is faced with the problem of broadband oscillation.The doubly fed induction generator(DFIG)system based on the direct power control without the phase-locked loop(PLL)may reduce the risk of instability within the bandwidth of the PLL by removing the PLL,however,its broadband frequency coupling characteristics affects the high frequency impedance of the DFIG.Aiming at the problem of the high frequency stability of the DFIG and the voltage source converter based HVDC(VSC-HVDC),the influence of control delay on the high frequency impedance is firstly analyzed according to the sequence impedance models.Furthermore,based on the VSC-HVDC impedance model and the equivalent single-input/single-output impedance model of the DFIG system,the mechanism of high frequency resonance(HFR)of the interconnected system is studied,and the impedance reshaping method for the DFIG system based on the delay elimination is proposed to avoid the HFR caused by the control delay.Simulation results verify the correctness of the research.
