摘 要:随着宁夏电网规模的不断扩大,220kV系统短路电流超标问题日益严峻,且面临无有效措施可用的窘境。为此,该文提出一种基于252kV快速真空断路器的限流技术,该技术在故障发生后20ms内通过快速分列母线运行,实现对短路电流的柔性抑制。该文详细阐述了基于252kV快速真空断路器限流技术的限流原理,并研发了世界首台252kV快速真空断路器。选取宁夏石嘴山地区220kV陶乐变电站作为工程应用厂站,并进行了单相人工短路试验。试验表明,故障发生后12.1ms内,快速真空断路器可将母线分列运行,有效降低了短路电流水平。试验验证了柔性限流技术的可行性和安全性。With the continuous expansion of the scale of Ningxia power grid,the standard excess of the short-circuit current is becoming a more serious problem.What’s worse,there is no effective measure available to deal with it.For this reason,a short-current limiting technology based on the 252kV fast vacuum circuit breaker is proposed in this paper.This technology can realize flexible suppression of the short-circuit current by separating the bus within 20ms after the fault occurs.In this paper,the principle of short-current limiting technology based on the 252kV fast vacuum circuit breaker is described in detail firstly,and then the world's first 252kV fast vacuum circuit breaker is developed.By selecting the 220kV Taole substation in Shizuishan City of Ningxia as the application site,the single-phase artificial short-circuit test is carried out.The test shows that within 12.1ms after the fault occurs,the fast vacuum circuit breaker separates the bus,effectively reducing the level of short-circuit current.The test verifies the feasibility and safety of the flexible current limiting technology.
