摘　　要：伴随着媒介技术的进化与"网络化"逻辑的扩张,网络社会的"永久在线、永久连接"(POPC)转向日渐勃兴,"人的自主性"问题亦成为讨论POPC网络社会中"人-技"关系亟待聚焦的基础面向。本文通过引入"技术自主性"的分析框架,审思"人的自主性"在POPC网络社会中面临的现实挑战,重申"人的自主性"价值。研究发现,在POPC网络社会中,"在线警觉"思维方式的三重维度构成了人类"自我异化"的生存境况,"技术自主性"因此得以凸显。具体而言,POPC网络社会是以媒介技术为物质基础的、以"网络化"逻辑为"技术秩序"的"技术化社会","人的自主性"存在于媒介技术的规定性之中;媒介技术的工具理性成为一种规训权力,弱化了"人的自主性";媒介技术的"自动性"与"自增性"对"人的自主性"形成制约;在POPC网络社会中,人类遵守"技术律令",并对技术进行"反向适应"。在这一背景中,"人的自主性"将面临持续性危机,而借鉴"数字排毒"的理念将对人类"自主性"的复归具有现实意义。With the evolution of media technology and the expansion of "networking" logic, POPC in the network society is booming day by day, and the problem of "human autonomy" has also become the basic aspect to discuss the "human-technology" relationship in the POPC network society. By introducing the analytical framework of "autonomy of technology", this paper examines the practical challenges faced by "human autonomy" in POPC network society, and reaffirms the value of "human autonomy". This study found that in POPC network society, the three dimensions of "online vigilance" thinking mode constitute the survival situation of human "self alienation", and "autonomy of technology" is highlighted. Specifically: the POPC network society is a "technological society" with media technology as the material basis and "networking" logic as the "technological order". Human autonomy exists in the stipulation of media technology. The instrumental rationality of media technology has become a disciplinary power, the "automatism" and "self-augmentation" of media technology weaken the "human autonomy". In POPC network society, human beings abide by "the technological imperative " and give "reverse adaptation" to technology. In this context, "human autonomy" will face a persistent crisis, and learning from the concept of "digital detox" will have practical significance for the return of human "autonomy".
