摘 要:近年来,VRF空调系统在各种类型的项目中应用越来越广泛,但相比传统水冷空调,VRF空调室外机的散热效果容易受室外机位置所影响,实际设计中,建筑专业仅考虑到空调平台的摆放尺寸,又受限于建筑立面的美观性,忽略了空调外机平台的散热条件,最终导致空调室外机散热困难,严重的会造成空调系统停止运行。为研究该问题,选择了3种在实际项目中最容易发生散热不佳的室外机机位,并应用计算流体力学(CFD)软件STAR-CD对室外机平台在夏季工况下的气流场和温度场进行模拟分析,根据CFD模拟结果,提出了相应的优化方案,并总结了3种常见室外机机位平台的摆放原则,为后续同类型项目提供参考意见。In recent years,although VRF air-conditioning system is widely used in all kinds of construction,compared with the water-cooled air-conditioning system,the heat dissipation of the VRF air conditioner is easily affected by the location of the outdoor unit.In the actual project,limited by the aesthetics of building facade,the architect only considers the size of the VRF air-conditioning platform,and ignores the heat dissipation conditions.In actual use,it often leads to difficulty in heat dissipation of VRF outdoor unit,and serious shutdown of VRF air-conditioning system.Three common VRF air-conditioning outdoor unit problems are analyzed with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software-STAR-CD to analyze the air flow field and temperature field in summer and identify optimization scheme.The placement principles of these three kinds of common outdoor unit platform are summarized,which can provide reference for similar projects.
