摘  要:近零能耗建筑外围护结构一般具有更好的保温性能,随着外墙保温厚度的增加,建筑节能收益递减,研究近零能耗建筑采用不同外墙保温材料时在不同气候区全寿命期的技术经济性。分析近零能耗建筑5种常见的保温材料。外墙传热计算方程考虑太阳辐射和天空背景辐射,使用有限差分法建立一维非稳态导热离散模型,将时间和空间离散,计算全年8760 h各时刻墙体内部离散各点的温度,从而累计计算全年单位墙体面积传热量。经济性计算考虑实际的施工费用、运行费用、逐年折现率,计算在各气候区下,保温材料在不同厚度下的外墙全寿命期的费用,得出各保温材料在各气候区的最佳经济厚度。The outer envelope of nearly zero energy building generally has better thermal insulation performance.With the increase of the thickness of the external wall insulation,the energy conservation gains decrease.This paper studies the economics of the life cycle cost of the external wall insulation of nearly zero energy building in different climate zones.Analyze five common insulation materials for nearly zero energy building.Considering solar radiation and sky background radiation,an explicit one-dimensional unsteady heat conduction model is established by using the finite difference method.Discreting time and space,calculating the temperature of discrete points inside the wall at each time of 8760 hours throughout the year,so as to cumulatively calculate the heat transfer per unit wall area.Considering the construction cost,annual operating cost,and discount rate,the cost of the life cycle of the insulation material is calculated under different thicknesses in each climate zone.The best economic thickness of each insulation material in each climate zone is obtained.
