摘 要:农村居民对美好生活日益增长的需求,需要清洁可再生的能源及高效而绿色的建筑节能技术作为保障。在建筑节能改造的过程中,人们的改造意愿十分关键。针对京津冀地区4个典型村落同时开展为期一个月的驻村调研,以问卷填写以及交流访谈的方式调研了383户农宅,回收问卷1380份。问卷立足于被测家庭人员特征、建筑基本特征、建筑节能技术特征的客观现实,分析了京津冀地区农村居民的节能意识与技术认知水平。调研分析表明,该地区村民节能环保意识较弱,更注重技术的经济性,但村民在详细了解建筑节能技术经济指标后,愿意支付9000元以上节能改造费用的村民人数提升了55%。提出的京津冀农宅节能技术改造意愿提升策略,对今后建筑节能政策制订以及具体实施有借鉴意义。The increasing demand of farmers for a better life requires clean and renewable energy,and efficient and green building energy saving technology as the guarantee.In the process of building energy saving retrofitting,the farmers’willingness to retrofit is very important.Four typical villages in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province were surveyed for a month.383 rural families were investigated by questionnaire writing and interviews,and 1380 questionnaires were collected.Based on the objective reality of the characteristics of the family members,the basic characteristics of the building and the technical characteristics of the building energy saving,the questionnaire analyzed the awareness and technical cognition of the rural residents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province.The investigation and analysis showed that the villagers in these area were less aware of energy conservation and environmental protection,and paid more attention to the cost of technology.However,after detailed introduction of the technical and economic indicators of building energy conservation,the number of villagers willing to pay more than 9000 yuan for energy-saving retrofitting increased by 55%.The strategy enhancing the willingness of energy-saving technology transformation of rural houses in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province was proposed,which has reference significance for the formulation and implementation of building energy-saving policy in the future.
