乡村振兴背景下古村落的开发和保护研究——以西塘为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是建设美丽中国的关键,其中乡村旅游作为乡村振兴的有效手段,有利于解决“三农”问题。本文在乡村振兴背景下,分析了西塘古镇开发和保护的现状,研究古村落开发和保护过程中存在的问题,并围绕乡村振兴提出抓住机遇,科学实施发展规划;严格落实相关政策,保护古镇完整;以产业振兴为核心,缓解传统村落空心化;培养乡村旅游专业人才,提升服务水平;开发特色文创产品,传承非物质文化遗产等相关建议,全面助力乡村振兴。The strategy of rural revitalization is the key to building a beautiful China,in which rural tourism is an effective means of rural revitalization and is conducive to solving the issues related to agriculture,farmer and rural area.This article analyzes the current situation of the development and protection of Xitang Ancient Town in the context of rural revitalization,studies the problems in the development and protection of ancient villages,and proposes to seize the opportunity in the rural revitalization to scientifically implement the development plans,strictly implement relevant policies to protect the integrity of ancient towns;take industrial revitalization as the core to alleviate the hollowing out of traditional villages;cultivate rural tourism professionals to improve the service level;develop featured cultural and creative products,and inherit the intangible cultural heritage,etc.,which all aim to promote rural revitalization comprehensively.
