摘　　要：王场联合站于2007年改造投产运行,全站采用先进的自动化、工艺等技术,是江汉油田规模最大、技术含量最新的注水站,近年该站注水故障停产时间逐渐增加,频繁停注影响注水井平稳注水。从工艺、设备、运行方面提出了机泵调整、变频运行等一系列改措施,达到减少王场联合站注水系统故障停产时间的目的,在实践中取得较好的效果。Wangchang oil gathering center was transformed and put into operation in 2007.The center adopted advanced automation technology,and is the largest water injection station with the state-of-the art technology in Jianghan Oilfield.In recent years,due to water injection failures,the shutdown time in the center has gradually increased,and the frequent injection stops affected the smooth water injection into the wells.A series of corrective measures are put forward from the aspects of technology,equipment and operation,such as pump adjustment and frequency conversion operation,so as to reduce the failure shutdown time of water injection system in Wangchang oil gathering center,achieving good results in field.
