摘  要:M区沙三上5砂组位于B主体断裂构造带中部,属高孔-中高渗普通稠油油藏。自1987年勘探开发后,目前已进入特高含水开发阶段,综合含水高达97.8%,井网控制程度差,剩余油分布零散,稳产难度越来越大。针对特高含水期的开发特征及存在的矛盾,提出完善井网、强化注水,提液增产、改变水驱油方向等方法,作为下步挖潜的工作方向。5 sand Formation of Upper Es3 in M area is located in the middle of B dominant fault structural zone,belonging to high porosity-medium/high permeability heavy oil reservoirs.Since the exploration and production in 1987,it has entered the stage of ultra-high water cut production,with the comprehensive water cut as high as 97.8%,poor well pattern control,scattered distribution of remaining oil and more difficult to stabilize production.Aiming at the production characteristics and problems in the extra-high water cut period,we put forward some methods such as improving the well pattern,intensifying water injection,enhanced fluid extracting and changing the direction of water flooding,which is our next target to tap the potential.
