清防蜡工艺在涪页XX井自喷阶段应用研究

摘  要:涪页XX井储层为黑油偏挥发性油藏,生产气油比高,完井管柱为光油管,试采阶段主要问题是结蜡。采用了化学清蜡、热洗清蜡、连油清蜡和钢丝刮蜡片清蜡等工艺,应用结果表明原油热洗、化学清蜡有一定效果,连续油管清蜡效果最好,钢丝刮蜡片适合试采初期使用,可实现高含蜡井低成本稳定试采。It was a black volatile oil reservoir in Well XX of Fuling shale gas field with high gas-oil ratio.The completion string is an blank tubing.The main problem in the test production stage is wax precipitation.The processes were adopted such as chemical wax removal,hot wash wax removal,CT removal and wireline scraping wax removal.The application results show that hot wash and chemical wax removals took certain effects,and the wax removal effect with CT is the best.The wireline scraping wax removal is suitable for the early stage of test production,which can realize low cost and stable test production in the wells of high wax content.
