摘 要:通过对已建作业现场视频监控升级,部署海康超脑+安全生产监控平台,实现视频监控智能识别功能。利用海康智能感知平台训练作业现场数据,并部署安全帽识别、吊装、动土、动火等作业模型于海康超脑。通过安全生产监控平台智能监控作业现场,发现并识别安全帽、吊装、动土、动火作业中的设备和场景,对于不能识别的设备,进行多次现场数据采集后在海康智能感知平台中反复迭代训练,提高识别精度后再重新部署应用。Through the upgrade of the built video surveillance at the operation site,Haikang Superbrain+safety production monitoring platform was deployed to realize the intelligent recognition function of video surveillance.The Haikang intelligent sensing platform was used to train the field data,into which such operation models were installed as helmet identification,lifting,earthwork and hotwork.The safety production monitoring platform was used to monitor the operation sites intelligently to find and identify the equipment and scenes with regard to the safety helmet,lifting,earthwork and hotwork.For the equipment that cannot be identified,the site data was collected for several times and repeated iterative training was conducted in the Haikang intelligent sensing platform to improve the identification accuracy before redeployment and application.
